Thank you very much for your support for which we are eternally grateful. At Tea People, our team has been working extra hard to get your favourite brew to you which has been a source of relaxation and joy to many. We are hence taking some time off between Christmas and New Year to recharge and rejuvenate. Given below is our holiday schedule. Any orders received during this period will be processed once we are back to our normal working hours. Thank you once again for your patience and continued custom.
25th December 2024 to 1st January 2025 - Christmas & New Year Break
2nd January 2025 - Normal opening hours
Last recommended posting dates in 2024 for UK inland deliveries
Wednesday, 18th December : For 48 Hour Tracked parcels. Please therefore put in your orders by Monday 16th December for all standard deliveries.
Friday, 20th December : For 24 Hour Tracked parcels. Please place your orders by Wednesday, 18th December if selecting the Tracked 24 Hour service.
Monday, 23rd December: For FeDex Next Day parcels. All final orders using this service must be placed by Sunday 22nd December.
No orders will be processed on Tuesday, 24th December as we will be shutting our operations on that day for our annual stock take.
While we hope that all orders placed within the above timeframe will reach you in time for Christmas, we cannot take any responsibility for delays caused by the postal department or the courier company.
