This is a very high grade white tea which is produced from the whole buds of the tea plant. It is the least processed of all teas and is prepared by just drying/withering the buds. When brewed, it yields a light liquor and leaves you with a very refreshing taste reminiscent of sweet melons.

Steep 1 teaspoon per cup for 2-3 mins in 75-85° C fresh water. Do not add milk
