Grown in China’s Fujian Province, a region renowned for its long tradition of producing exceptional oolong teas, this tea combines premium oolong leaves with a creamy milk flavour to create a beautifully balanced and comforting cup.

A 2 Gold Star winner at the Great Taste Awards, this Milk Oolong releases a wonderfully rich waft of creaminess as soon as the pack is opened. Once infused, the leaves produce a clear golden liquor with a soft, rounded texture that coats the mouth with layers of buttery sweetness, gentle floral notes and a subtle umami character.

Oolong tea sits beautifully between green and black tea in the way it is processed. The leaves are partially oxidised, allowing them to develop greater depth and richness while still retaining their fresh, fragrant character. This careful processing gives the tea its wonderfully layered flavour, with the light floral qualities of a greener tea balanced by the fuller, softer notes found in more oxidised teas.

How to enjoy this tea

Steep 1 teaspoon per cup for 2 - 3 mins in 85-90° C fresh water. Do not add milk.
