We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Pre-paid return postage is provided for the return of all faulty items only. Items should be returned in their original packaging to the extent possible.

How to enjoy this tea

Steep 1 tea pyramid per cup for 4-7 mins in 95-100° C water.
