An unusual fruity blend created with healthy purple sweet potato (ube) mixed with Dragon fruit(Pitaya) pieces and other quality ingredients resulting in a delicious fruit infusion.
Upon being brewed, the blend yields a light purple brew which is derived from the purple sweet potato and tastes mildly sweet and fruity like dragon fruit.
Ube is a well known part of the Blue Zone diet, whose purple colour comes from anthocyanins which are powerful antioxidants. Some of the other ingredients like rose hips are also very high in antioxidants. The tea may boost immune system and support healthy-looking skin.

Steep 1.5tsp per cup for 5-7 mins in 95-100° C water.
Purple pitaya tea can be enjoyed either as a hot infusion or cooled down to make an iced tea. The tea can also be infused in gin to create delicious and colourful tea infused gin which can either be had as it is or used as a base for other cocktails.
