This Chinese Sencha is a distinctive green tea that reflects its Japanese processing and Chinese terroir. The leaves are long with a crisp dryness and grassy yet subtly floral scent.
Once brewed, the tea is lightly yellow in colour with a slightly sweet and grassy scent and a touch of floral-ness. Subtly nutty sweet with a hint of mint, it is suitable for every day drinking.
Best paired with simple, light foods like steamed brown rice, fresh apples, or a clear-broth.
