Steep 1.5 tsp per cup for 4-6 mins in 95-100° C water.

Because camomile can cause uterine contractions which may lead to miscarriage, the U.S. National Institutes of Health recommends that pregnant women not consume camomile tea. Also not recommended for people with ragworth allergy or people taking blood thinners.
