An innovative twist on the classic Lemon and ginger herbal blend, using vitamin C rich Amla (Indian Gooseberries) to provide the tart of lemons along with the addition of Kaffir Lime leaves and Lemon grass from Thailand to enhance the scent of Lemons. Pieces of cut ginger in this Great Taste winner complete the blend to create a balanced infusion with a slight tartness and toned down spiciness of ginger while releasing a delicious, uplifting aroma.

This has enticing, good quality-looking ingredients with a good structure and an excellent, clean, vibrant aroma. The infused liquid has a cloudy appearance which is classic from the ginger with the ginger root strongly coming through on the nose. This infusion has bold flavour – warming ginger root notes, citrus vibrancy with sourness bringing an added dimension to this infusion which is full of character - it would definitely give you a lift. The balance of the ingredients brings great harmony.

Steep 1tsp per cup for 4-5 mins in 95-100° C water.
