Sweet and Warming Caffeine Free Herbal Tea

Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of a small evergreen tree. The bark is peeled and laid out in the sun where it curls into cinnamon sticks. We have cut high quality cinnamon sticks into pieces perfect to be used either as a delicious tisane or to be used as an ingredient to create your own blend.

Cinnamon is a warming spice with a strong smell and upon being brewed, yields a reddish brown infusion with a sweet and woody taste.

It is a very powerful antioxidant. Studies show that its active component, Cinnamaldehyde, has anti inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Some studies have also shown that Cinnamon is good for blood sugar control.

Steep 1 tsp per cup for 4-6 mins in 95-100° C water

We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY within mainland UK on all orders over £30.00 and charge £3.95 for Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery on all other orders. There is an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked or Next Day Courier at additional cost. Orders placed after 1pm (UK time) on Fridays and on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Pre-paid return postage is provided for the return of all faulty items only. Items should be returned in their original packaging to the extent possible.
