This is a simply-presented, pale yellow, cloudy liquid with a very mild aroma. Judges liked the delicate flavour notes and lingering warmth of the liquid which developed with a longer infusion. The dried ginger pieces were visually authentic and pungent on the palate.
Pure ginger root pieces
Steep 1 tsp per cup for 4-6 mins in 95-100° C water
nil
