Fruity Blue Tea
This Great Taste Award winning caffeine free tea is a magical blend that borrows from tastes of Thailand. The kaffir lime leaves and apple pieces provide an uplifting sweetish flavour to the gorgeous blue liquor provided by the Butterfly Blue pea flowers. This tea is natural, mild and full of antioxidants (anthocyanin). Adding a few drops of lime juice to the tisane will turn the blue into a beautiful purple.

Ingredients
Dried apple pieces (28.5%), Cinnamon, Kaffir lime leaves (15%), Blue Butterfly pea flowers (15%), Spearmint, Lemongrass, Lemon Verbena, Flavouring & Citric Acid (acidifier)
How to enjoy this tea
Steep 2tsp per cup for 4-6 mins in 95-100° C water. Do not add milk.
