There is an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked or Next Day Courier at additional cost. Orders placed after 1pm (UK time) on Fridays and on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Pre-paid return postage is provided for the return of all faulty items only. Items should be returned in their original packaging to the extent possible.

Natty little gadget

The mechanism was a little stiff to operate initially, but it works brilliantly. Very handy when I'm awat in the campervan or wild camping in my tent when I want a cup of tea made with loose leaf but don't have a tea pot handy. Excellent!
