We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY within mainland UK on all orders over £30.00 and charge £3.95 for Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery on all other orders. There is an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked or Next Day Courier at additional cost. Orders placed after 1pm (UK time) on Fridays and on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Pre-paid return postage is provided for the return of all faulty items only. Items should be returned in their original packaging to the extent possible.

  • Use the flap to fold it down or twist the filter or simply place the flap under the lid of the teapot to trap it. Make sure you leave some room for the leaves to expand.
  • Dip the filter into your mug or a teapot
  • Once used, dispose it in your food or garden waste.
