Black tea is the most common type of tea. It has a darker appearance, stronger flavour, and is perfect to start your day with or keep you going for the rest.
Green tea is known for its health benefits due to the high level of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. The slightly pale liquor is best had without milk.
Herbal infusions are made from plants other than tea. They are mostly caffeine-free, have lots of health benefits, and are ideal to curl up in bed with.
Somewhere in between black and green Oolong teas produce golden or light brown liquor with a very delicate flavour and lots of health benefits.
White teas are the least processed of all teas. The mild delicate liquor is very low in caffeine and packed with antioxidants.
Made from dried fruit pieces which are usually mixed with other herbs, Fruit infusions have a high content of Vit C and can be had hot or cold.
